Who this policy covers
Argenius is a web development studio in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This policy applies to people who visit argenius.in, send an enquiry, or work with us on a website, web application, ecommerce, Laravel, SEO, or mobile project.
It is written for business contacts — founders, marketers, and operations teams — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
What we collect
Most of the personal data we hold comes from you, when you choose to contact us.
- Enquiry forms: name, email, phone, the service you selected, optional company name, and the message you typed.
- The public page you sent the form from, so we know which offer you were looking at.
- Email, phone, or meeting notes you share while we scope or deliver a project.
- Project files you send — copy, logos, product rules, and access details needed to build or maintain the work.
- Basic technical logs that a hosted website typically stores, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, used to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to briefs, prepare proposals, deliver contracted work, invoice, and keep a record of what was agreed. We may also send a follow-up about the same enquiry if you asked us to continue the conversation.
We do not sell personal data. We do not buy mailing lists. We do not send unrelated newsletters from this site unless you separately ask to stay in touch.
Cookies and Google Tag Manager
The site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MMM5B52W). Tag Manager itself is a delivery tool. Tags loaded through it may set cookies or collect usage data so we can see which pages are useful and whether an enquiry came from a campaign.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, some measurement will be incomplete, but the public pages and contact form still work.
We do not use the contact form to drop advertising cookies. Form fields are stored so our team can call or email you back.
Who can see it
Enquiry records are available to the Argenius team that handles sales and delivery. Hosting, email, and Tag Manager providers process data only so those services can run.
We share details with a client-chosen third party — for example a payment gateway, hosting account, or analytics property — when the project requires it and you have asked us to set that tool up.
We may disclose information if Indian law requires it, or to protect the studio against fraud or abuse of the website.
How long we keep it
Open enquiries stay until we have answered them and it is clear the conversation has ended. If a project starts, we keep the brief, decisions, and billing records for as long as we need them to support the work and meet tax or contract obligations.
If you only asked a question and no project followed, you can ask us to delete the lead record. We will do that unless we still need a limited copy for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute.
Your choices
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you from this site, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it when we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it.
To do that, email the studio and say which enquiry or project the request is about. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or delete a record.
You can also stop using the website, decline cookies in your browser, or simply not submit a form. We will not penalise you for that; we just will not have a brief to reply to.
How we look after it
Access to lead records is limited to people who need them for sales or delivery. The public site uses HTTPS. We do not ask for card numbers through the marketing form.
No internet transmission is perfectly secure. If a project needs production passwords or payment-gateway keys, send them through a channel we agree in writing — not in a public form comment.
Changes to this page
If the way we collect or use personal data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means the new wording applies to later visits and enquiries.
